Wild Horse Nine
“, a Searchlight production currently being helmed by
Martin McDonagh
as stated by The Hollywood Reporter.
This project represents McDonagh’s inaugural feature film since the highly praised ‘The Banshees of Inisherin.’
According to The Hollywood Reporter, actors Sam Rockwell, who appeared in McDonagh’s “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri,” along with John Malkovich and Parker Posey, have signed up for the cast of an upcoming dark comedy set to begin filming later this month on Rapa Nui, commonly referred to as Easter Island.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the part that Buscemi has been cast for was first proposed to actor Mark Ruffalo. Nonetheless, specifics about both the storyline and character descriptions are still being kept secret.
The seasoned actor Buscemi is well-known for his notable performances in iconic movies like Reservoir Dogs, Fargo, The Big Lebowski, Con Air, and in the TV series Boardwalk Empire.
Buscemi is also known for his distinctive voice work in the Hotel Transylvania franchise and as Starscream in Transformers One.

Ortega, who is 22 years old, will continue her role along with actors Joy Sunday, Emma Myers, Hunter Doohan, Moosa Mostafa, Victor Dorobantu, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordóñez, and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo. According to The Hollywood Reporter, these cast members are scheduled to appear in the second season.
Buscemi has also directed projects, including “The Listener,” which featured Tessa Thompson and was showcased at the 2022 Venice Film Festival. Additionally, he directed episodes for shows like 30 Rock, Portlandia, and the recently aired post-apocalyptic series called MiracleWorkers. (ANI)
