Upon declaring her selection as chief of staff,
Trump praised Wiles
, describing her as “resilient, intelligent, and pioneering,” and “held in high esteem universally.” He acknowledged her role in achieving “one of the most significant political triumphs in American history.”
Even with her achievements, Wiles did not intend to pursue a career in national politics.
She confessed, ‘I never imagined starting my life off doing this.’
When my children were young, I chose to stay at home in Jacksonville, Florida, to fulfill my role as a mother.
Once her children had moved out, she was urged to assume a more significant political position. This choice ultimately resulted in her becoming part of Trump’s close-knit group.
“If you’re part of the Trump sphere, you’re extremely competitive. Winning is your objective,” Wiles stated.
